The Top End Pilates Expo is Darwin's only dedicated Pilates event, and this year we're expecting up to 500 attendees at one of Darwin's most stunning locations — the Peninsula Lawns at the Darwin Waterfront. As a Gold Sponsor, your brand is woven through every part of the experience, from the posters on Darwin's streets to the stage, the stalls, and every single tote bag in the room.

For the educators and leaders who want to do more
The Premium Stall is designed for the people who are already showing up for this community — the educators, instructors, and practitioners who are genuinely invested in the growth of Pilates here in the Top End. Priority is given to event presenters, though applications are open to any business that wants to be seen as a leader in this space.
As a Premium Stall Holder, you get everything a General Stall includes — plus a higher level of recognition and visibility that reflects the contribution you're making to this event and this community.

Your own stall in a prominent position at the expo
Direct access to all attendees throughout the morning
Featured, highlighted placement on the Top End Pilates Expo website — standing out from the general stall listing
Weekly social media features in the lead-up to the event
The ability to sell your services, packages, and offers directly from your stall

Priority is given to presenters:
If you are also presenting a class or workshop at the Expo, the Premium Stall is the perfect way to have a presence at the event beyond your session. You'll be recognised as both an educator and a business — in the right way, at the right time.
A note on merchandise:
Merchandise sold at your stall must carry your own business branding. Third-party branded products and items from other labels are not permitted.

Share what you know, inspire Darwin's Pilates community
The Top End Pilates Expo is built on one simple belief: that great Pilates education should be accessible to the Darwin community. And the best way to make that happen is to bring our most knowledgeable, passionate educators into one space.
If you're a Pilates instructor or movement educator with something genuinely valuable to offer, we'd love to hear from you. As a presenter, you'll lead a 30-minute class or workshop in front of an engaged, curious audience — and you'll be recognised on our platforms as one of the educators shaping the Pilates conversation here in the Top End.
Presenting is complimentary. Because this is a community education event, not a marketing platform.
What's included:
A dedicated spot in the Top End Pilates Expo class and workshop timetable
Recognition as a presenter on the Top End Pilates Expo website
One (1) feature post on the Top End Pilates Expo social media channels
Please read this carefully before applying:
Presenter spots are offered at no charge because this event is about elevating the community's understanding of Pilates — not promoting individual businesses. As a presenter, your role is to educate, inspire, and contribute to the growth of Pilates in the Northern Territory.
Self-promotion during your session is not permitted. This includes verbal promotion of your studio, business, or courses; distribution of your own marketing materials; selling from the stage; or directing attendees to your personal offers or services.
If you'd like to promote your business at the Expo, we'd genuinely love to have you as a stall holder — all the details are above.
Please note: any presenter found to be self-promoting during the event will be transitioned to a stall holder arrangement, and the stall holder investment of $480 will apply. This policy exists to protect the integrity of the event and to ensure it remains a genuine community education experience for everyone.
